Since its establishment in 1970, DUCATEX has continuously evolved, transforming from a traditional rubber manufacturer into a modern, export‑driven industrial platform serving clients across multiple continents.

The company operates on an impressive industrial estate of 110,000 square meters, including 70,000 square meters of advanced production halls, laboratories, and logistics facilities. This infrastructure is supported by its own railway station, power supply station, and gas reduction station, ensuring complete autonomy and uninterrupted production capacity. Such independence allows DUCATEX to maintain exceptional delivery reliability, even in periods of global supply chain instability.

In 1999, the company entered a new era as a privately owned enterprise. This transition accelerated modernization, technological investment, and international expansion. Today, more than 75% of DUCATEX’s production is exported, reaching customers in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas. Rubber Foam

DUCATEX manufactures high quality closed cell foam rubber based on EPDM, SBR, and Neoprene—materials known for their exceptional insulation properties and resistance to harsh environments. Closed cell foam is ideal for applications requiring thermal insulation, acoustic absorption, shock protection, and resistance to water, ozone, UV radiation, and extreme temperatures.

Rubber Boots

DUCATEX produces premium natural rubber boots designed for professionals who require comfort, protection, and long lasting performance. Each pair is hand crafted using 100% natural rubber, ensuring superior elasticity and resistance to cracking.

Rubber Sheets

DUCATEX offers one of the most complete ranges of technical rubber sheets in the region. These sheets are engineered to deliver excellent mechanical strength, elasticity, and resistance to abrasion, chemicals, oils, and weathering.

Rubber Soles

DUCATEX produces durable rubber soles for footwear manufacturers, offering excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility, and slip protection. These soles are used in work boots, casual shoes, and specialized industrial footwear.
